January/February/March/April/November/December 1 to 19: 400 euros/night
May/June/September/October: 450 euros/night
July/August/December 20 to January 5: 500 euros/night
Breakfast is included in the rate, and the first dinner is free!

HOUSEHOLD CHARGES: 80 euros (the house is carefully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and after your departure, and is cleaned at bedtime every day. So all you have to do is enjoy your vacation)
DEPOSIT: 500 euros
This deposit covers any damage caused. It is returned at the end of the stay.
CHECK IN: from 16:00
CHECK OUT: no later than 11:00 a.m.
These arrival and departure times may vary according to the traveler's wishes and needs, as far as possible.
PAYMENT TERMS: a short-term rental contract will be signed for all rentals, with payment of a deposit of 30% on signing the contract and payment of the balance no later than 20 days before moving in.
