LOW SEASON: 350 euros/night
HIGH SEASON: 400 euros/night
SUMMER: 450 euros/night
Reduced rates according to duration: consult us
CLEANING FEE: 55 euros (The house is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and after your departure.)
DEPOSIT: 500 euros
This deposit covers any damage caused. It is returned at the end of the stay.
CHECK IN: from 14:00
CHECK OUT: no later than 11:00 a.m.
These arrival and departure times may vary according to the traveler's wishes and needs, as far as possible.
PAYMENT TERMS: a short-term rental contract will be signed for all rentals, with payment of a deposit of 30% on signing the contract and payment of the balance no later than 20 days before moving in.
