GUILLAUME TANHIA
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR MOROCCO
After founding a communications agency and a production company, Guillaume Tanhia managed a luxury hotel group (60 employees).
He then devoted himself to journalism for 15 years. As editor-in-chief, he helped create several magazines. The author of two books, he has also produced a dozen television documentaries.
In 2012, he launched a citizen and digital project developing multimedia content around equality. He has also worked as a media training and communications consultant for companies, institutions and elected politicians.
Guillaume Tanhia decided to leave France and move to Tangier in 2015. Enchanted by this city, he created Conciergerie moderne in 2016.
HICHAM BOUGRINE
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR SPAIN
Born in Tangier, Hicham Bougrine has a degree in business management and English literature. He began his career in customer relations before being hired in 2017 as accommodation manager at Conciergerie moderne. In charge of welcoming tourists and handling rental logistics, he quickly expanded his scope of responsibilities to include team management, sales development with European travel agencies and event organization for private and corporate customers.
After becoming a partner in the company, he moved to Andalusia to set up the Spanish subsidiary of Conciergerie moderne.
Among his strengths, Hicham is fluent in French, Spanish, English and Arabic.
